VETHUB Terms of Service

Last revised: [May 13th, 2026]

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) explain the rules for using the VETHUB website and any VETHUB mobile apps, together with all content, features, and services available through vethub.us (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by VETHUB, LLC, a Michigan, US corporation with its principal office at 28114 Shadylane Dr., Farmington Hills, MI 48336 (“VETHUB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “you,” “your,” or “user” refers to anyone who visits or uses the Site.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Site, you agree—on your own behalf or for your employer/organization, as applicable—to be bound by: (i) these Terms; (ii) our Payment Terms; (iii) our Community Standards; (iv) our Privacy Policy; and (v) any other notices, disclosures, or policies we present in?product or link to from the Site (together, the “Agreements”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

For help, contact Support at [support@vethub.us].

U.S. Residents: Section 17 contains an arbitration agreement and class action waiver.

1) Eligibility & Your Promises

You may use the Site only if you are 18 or older and have legal capacity to form a contract.

You may not use the Site if you are subject to sanctions or trade restrictions imposed by the U.S., E.U., U.K., or other applicable authorities.

By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2) Key Definitions

  • Client: a user who purchases Services on VETHUB.
  • Vetlancer: a user who offers Services on VETHUB.
  • Mission: a Vetlancer’s service offering, which may be sold as packages, add?ons, custom proposals, hourly work, milestones, or subscriptions.
  • Order: a binding arrangement between a Client and a Vetlancer for a Listing or proposal.
  • Order Page: the workspace where parties communicate and manage the Order.
  • Packages / Add?Ons: optional tiers or extras attached to a Listing.
  • Hourly Contract: an Order billed at an hourly rate with weekly reporting and optional weekly hour caps.
  • Milestones: an Order divided into staged deliverables, each funded and delivered separately.
  • Subscription: a recurring Order for the same Listing.

3) How VETHUB Works (Quick Start)

  • You need an account to buy or sell. Provide accurate, up?to?date information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • Vetlancers set prices and hourly rates (subject to any category minimums we publish). [Optional: Minimum base price $[X]; minimum hourly rate $[Y].]
  • Clients pay VETHUB to open an Order. Hourly work is billed weekly per reported hours (see the Payment Terms).
  • Platform fees, taxes, disbursements, refunds, and chargebacks are governed by the Payment Terms.
  • Freelancers should not habitually cancel Orders without valid reasons; cancellations can impact status.
  • Performance may unlock Vetlancer levels or badges; criteria may change ([Levels & Badges link]).
  • Off?platform payments are not allowed.
  • Unless a Listing or written agreement says otherwise, Clients receive IP rights to the delivered work after full payment (Section 11). Certain business uses may require a Commercial Use License add?on.
  • Vetlancers act as independent contractors. Clients do not supervise or control the manner or means of performance.

4) Vetlancers

4.1 Basics

Vetlancers publish Listings, and send custom proposals. See Payment Terms for payouts, fees, and tax information. We may require Vetlancers to maintain adequate general liability insurance.

If you operate as a Business Vetlancer, you must promptly provide compliance information we request (e.g., legal identity, address, ID or eID, payment/tax details, and trade registry information where applicable). Failure to provide required information can result in restrictions or suspension.

4.2 Listings

Listings are User?Generated Content (UGC). We may remove Listings or accounts for violations, including illegal or fraudulent services, IP violations, adult/obscene content, deceptive or spam content, reselling restricted goods, academic cheating, or low?quality/undelivered services. Listings removed for violations are not restorable.

Listings must truthfully represent the service. Repeatedly delivering below the quality shown in media or samples may affect status or lead to account action. Only include URLs permitted by our Allowed Links Policy.

Statements that attempt to bypass these Terms (e.g., “pay me directly”) are not allowed.

4.3 Add?Ons

Add?Ons must relate to the base service. Vetlancers may extend delivery timelines to complete Add?Ons. We may remove Add?Ons that violate policy.

4.4 Levels & Badges

We may evaluate Vetlancers (including via manual review for certain tiers). We can modify criteria, benefits, or tools. Violations can pause or revoke eligibility. See [Levels & Badges link].

4.6 Features

  • Custom Proposals: Define scope, price, timeline—or for hourly work—hourly rate and estimated weekly hours. Parties may terminate Hourly Contracts with 24 hours’ notice from the Order Page. Contracts with no activity for 3 months may close automatically. Hours must be reported by Sunday 23:59 UTC to be billed that week.
  • Milestones: For projects >$100, you may add up to six milestones (min $50 each; at least two total). Each milestone is funded, delivered, and accepted before the next begins. If the next milestone isn’t funded within 10 days after the prior acceptance, the project won’t continue.
  • Subscriptions: Offer recurring deliveries of the same Listing. Clients may cancel future cycles before the charge. Once charged, the Payment Terms apply.
  • Stock Media: When available, stock assets are licensed for one?time, in?deliverable use only. Original files may not be shared. Enhanced licensing may be available from the stock provider and is governed by their terms. If an Order using stock is canceled, the related stock license ends.

4.7 Physical Deliverables

For Listings involving physical goods, Vetlancers may charge shipping. Clients must supply a shipping address. Vetlancers manage shipping and bear related responsibilities. VETHUB does not handle or guarantee shipping, tracking, or condition. Use tracking to reduce disputes.

5) Clients

5.1 Basics

Do not offer off?platform payment. Deliveries or designs that you publicly display may be used by VETHUB for marketing or operational purposes (see Section 11).

5.2 Purchasing

Payments, fees, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks are covered in the Payment Terms. Report off?platform payment requests to Support.

6) Orders

6.1 Creation & Completion

An Order starts when payment is confirmed (or, for hourly work, when the initiation payment is confirmed). An Order is complete when the Vetlancer marks it Delivered and the Client accepts—or automatically after 7 days if the Client takes no action (the Client may extend by up to 5 days). For hourly work, weekly reports finalize if not disputed within 72 hours after charging. Subscriptions create a new Order each period until canceled.

6.2 Delivery & Revisions

Vetlancers must meet agreed timelines. Late delivery may allow cancellation and can affect status. Delivery must include completed files and/or clear evidence of the work. Misusing the Deliver Work button can lead to cancellation and account action. Scan files for malware.

Clients can request revisions if a delivery doesn’t match the Listing or agreed requirements. We may mark Orders complete after a revision request where the Client is non?responsive or abuses the process.

6.3 Reviews

Reviews help maintain trust. They must come from legitimate Orders and comply with our Reviews Policy (no extortion, fake orders, or feedback manipulation). After both sides post reviews or the window closes, reviews may become public.

7) Conduct, Safety & Enforcement

Keep interactions professional and respectful. Use the Order Page for necessary exchanges. We do not protect activities conducted off?platform.

Prohibited: harassment or hate speech; sharing contact info to evade the platform; phishing, malware, scraping, or spam; discriminatory conduct; false identities or selling accounts; sanctions evasion; and infringement.

Disputes & Cancellations: Try to resolve in the Resolution Center first. If unresolved, contact Support. Refunds/cancellations follow the Payment Terms.

Moderation, Notices & Appeals: We may review and act on illegal or policy?violating content. If we take action, we’ll notify you with reasons and available options.

Proprietary Rights

The Site and its components (excluding UGC) are owned by VETHUB and/or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You will not copy, adapt, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, remove notices, bypass controls, overload, or otherwise misuse the Site.

Feedback

You grant VETHUB a perpetual, worldwide, royalty?free license to use ideas and feedback you submit.

Confidentiality

Vetlancers must treat Client confidential information as strictly confidential: protect it, limit use to performing Services, and avoid disclosure or unnecessary copying.

10) User?Generated Content

You are responsible for UGC you upload or create. You confirm you own or have rights to it and that it complies with law and third?party rights. We may remove or disable violating content. VETHUB does not warrant the quality or suitability of Services or UGC.

Unless you opt out where available, you grant VETHUB a non?exclusive, worldwide, royalty?free license to use your publicly displayed materials (e.g., Listing text, images, public samples, profile elements, and public reviews) for marketing and to operate the Site.

11) Intellectual Property & Licenses

Unless a Listing says otherwise or the parties agree in writing, upon full payment and delivery the Client receives IP rights in the delivered work, and the Freelancer waives moral rights to the extent allowed by law. If a payment is reversed or refunded, transfers and licenses terminate. Some uses require a Commercial Use License add?on.

Voice Work: By default, Clients receive non?commercial, perpetual, exclusive, non?transferable worldwide rights. Commercial or broadcast uses require the specified buy?outs.

Stock Media: If stock assets are used, your rights are defined by the stock provider’s license terms.

12) Disclaimers

EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE, THE SITE, CONTENT, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES—EXPRESS OR IMPLIED—INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON?INFRINGEMENT.

Some jurisdictions limit disclaimers; in those places, these statements apply to the maximum extent permitted.

13) Machine Translation

Any machine translations are provided for convenience without warranty.

14) Limits on Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETHUB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

15) Account Deactivation & Suspension

We may place accounts on hold or disable them for policy violations (e.g., repeated late/poor delivery, unlawful activity). Disabled accounts cannot purchase or sell; related content may be removed. You may deactivate your account in settings, but outstanding obligations remain. Order?related provisions survive account changes.

16) Security

Use available security features. You must verify ownership if requested.

17) Dispute Resolution (U.S. Users)

FAA Control. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitrability of disputes.

Binding Arbitration & Class Waiver. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved by final, binding arbitration administered by the AAA under its Commercial Arbitration Rules or, if applicable, Consumer Arbitration Rules. A single arbitrator will preside. Judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. YOU AND VETHUB AGREE TO ARBITRATE ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS—NO CLASS ACTIONS OR JURY TRIALS.

Venue. For Commercial Rules cases, filings and in?person hearings occur in [Detroit, Michigan]. Under the Consumer Rules, the arbitration may proceed near the claimant’s residence. Virtual hearings may be used where permitted. If a dispute is not arbitrable, the exclusive venue is the state or federal courts in [Detroit, Michigan], and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Small Claims. If the Consumer Rules apply and your claim qualifies, you may proceed in small claims court on an individual basis.

Coordinated Arbitrations. If 25+ similar claims are filed with coordinated counsel, the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules will apply, including staged proceedings and batching. A single mediation of remaining cases will follow the first stage; VETHUB will pay the mediation fee. These requirements are severable from the rest of the arbitration terms.

Opt?Out. You may opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing support@vethub.us stating you do not agree to arbitration.

Changes. If we later modify this arbitration section, you may reject that change by emailing us within 30 days. You will then arbitrate disputes under the version you originally accepted.

18) General

18.1 Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically for product, legal, or security reasons or to add or change features. When we post an updated version, the new Terms apply to your continued use. If you do not agree, stop using the Site and deactivate your account.

18.2 Governing Law (U.S. Residents)

For U.S. residents, Michigan law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict?of?laws rules.

18.3 Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold VETHUB and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates, and agents harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (i) your breach of the Agreements; (ii) your violation of third?party rights; or (iii) claims relating to your Listings, profile, Services, or Site use.

18.4 Severability & Waiver

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

18.5 Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without notice, unless prohibited by law. You may not assign yours without our prior written consent.

18.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Agreements, are the entire agreement regarding the Site and Services and supersede prior understandings.
