Community Standards

These Community Standards are part of the Agreements described in our Terms of Service. They explain how we expect members to treat one another and the marketplace. Violating these standards can lead to content removal, loss of status, or account action.

Be Professional and Respectful

Keep interactions professional and respectful. Treat clients, vetlancers, and our team with courtesy, even when you disagree. Harassment, hate speech, and discriminatory conduct are not allowed.

Keep Activity On-Platform

Use the Order Page for the exchanges needed to complete a mission. Do not share contact information to move communication or payment off VETHUB, and do not make statements that attempt to bypass our Terms (for example, asking to be paid directly). Activity conducted off-platform is not protected. Links you share must follow our Allowed Links Policy.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.
  • Phishing, malware, scraping, or spam.
  • False identities, selling or transferring accounts, or impersonation.
  • Sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity.
  • Infringing the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

Honest, Lawful Services

Listings must truthfully represent the service offered. We do not allow illegal or fraudulent services, intellectual property violations, adult or obscene content, deceptive or spam content, reselling restricted goods, academic cheating, or low-quality or undelivered work. Repeatedly delivering below the quality shown in your media or samples may affect your status or lead to account action.

Enforcement, Notices, and Appeals

We may review and act on illegal or policy-violating content. When we take action, we will notify you with the reasons and the options available to you, which may include an appeal. To resolve a dispute with another member, first try to resolve it directly with them, and contact Support at support@vethub.us if it remains unresolved.
