Levels & Badges

VETHUB recognizes the vetlancers and clients who make our marketplace great. This page is an overview of how that recognition works today and where we plan to take it. It is meant to give you a sense of direction, not a fixed promise: the programs, names, criteria, and benefits described here are illustrative, may change, and are not a contractual commitment. What is actually available at any given time is limited to the features that are live on the Site. Your use of VETHUB is governed by our Terms of Service (see Section 4.4).

Available Now

• Verified Veteran: Awarded automatically once a member’s veteran status is verified. It signals to clients that the vetlancer’s veteran status has been confirmed.
• Founding Vetlancer: A recognition granted to early members who helped establish the VETHUB community.

Vetlancer Levels (Planned)

We plan to introduce levels that vetlancers can grow into over time as they build a track record on VETHUB. The direction we are exploring is a progression such as:

• New → Proven → Elite → Distinguished

Higher levels would be earned over time from positive performance signals such as missions completed, client ratings, on-time delivery, responsiveness, account tenure, and a reliable, low-cancellation track record. Some tiers may also involve a manual review. Specific criteria are intentionally not fixed here so the program can evolve fairly as the community grows.

Client Levels (Planned)

We also plan to recognize active, fair-dealing clients with their own standing, in a tiered form such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. As with vetlancer levels, the details are still being shaped.

More Recognition We Are Exploring

• Service stripes that reflect the number of missions a vetlancer has completed.
• Category badges that highlight the specialties a vetlancer works in.
• Certifications, awards, and tags that recognize verified skills and accomplishments.
• Recognition for vetlancers who host courses or workshops and share their expertise with the community.

How This May Change

Everything on this page is a work in progress. We may add, change, rename, or remove levels, badges, criteria, benefits, and tools as we learn what serves the community best. This page sets the groundwork for what we plan to do; it does not create any right or guarantee. For the rules that actually govern levels and badges, see Section 4.4 of our Terms of Service.
