Reviews Policy

This Reviews Policy is part of the Agreements described in our Terms of Service. Reviews help the community maintain trust, so they must be genuine and based on real experiences.

How Reviews Work

Reviews must come from legitimate Orders. After both sides post their reviews, or the review window closes, reviews may become public. Reviews reflect the reviewer’s honest experience with the Order.

What Is Not Allowed

• Extortion or threats relating to reviews (for example, demanding a change in exchange for a rating).
• Fake or self-placed Orders created to generate reviews.
• Feedback manipulation, including incentivized, traded, or coordinated reviews.
• Reviews containing harassment, hate speech, private information, or other content that violates our Community Standards.

Removal and Enforcement

We may remove reviews that violate this policy and may take action on accounts involved in review abuse. If you believe a review violates this policy, report it to support@vethub.us.
